Shipping of Orders

We normally dispatch your goods within 1 business day of receiving your completed and paid order. EasyRead Time Teacher Ltd will dispatch your order from one of our three world locations, depending on the shipping destination. The dispatch locations are:

Australia: EasyRead Time Teacher (Australia) Pty Ltd, 52 Undercliff Road, Freshwater, NSW 2096

USA: EasyRead Time Teacher Ltd, c/o Tigers (USA) Global Logistics Inc, 2820 W Winton Ave, Hayward, CA 94545

In some instances in the US we may ship website orders from Amazon fulfillment centres if we feel this is the most suitable option for those orders.

The following delivery options are available on www.easyreadtimeteacher.com:

UK
UK orders are dispatched from our UK address. Standard delivery within the UK is included in the price of the product. Packages under 1 kg are normally sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Packages over 1 kg are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or other appropriate courier service.
We also offer customers the option to pay extra for a tracked and signed delivery service within the UK.

Europe
Orders for delivery to mainland Europe are dispatched from the UK. The cost of delivery is added to your order. Customers are invited to choose from two delivery options:
Standard International delivery
Tracked and Signed International delivery

Australia
Orders for delivery to Australia, New Zealand and south-east Asia are dispatched from Australia. Customers requiring delivery to this region should order from our Australian website, www.easyreadtimeteacher.com.au .

USA
Orders for delivery in the USA and Canada are dispatched from our USA warehouse in Hayward, California. Standard ground USA delivery is included in the price of the product. Delivery times vary depending on the distances involved.

Rest of World
Orders for delivery to other world locations are dispatched from the most convenient EasyRead Time Teacher location. The cost of tracked and signed delivery is added to your order.

Returns

Our Returns Policy lasts 1 year. If more than 1 year has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible on sales@easyreadtimeteacher.com and let us know that you intend to return an item and the reason for your return. We will respond giving you appropriate guidance. The addresses for returns are:

When you return an item, you should mail it to the relevant return address and include details of your name, contact details and order number.

Returns Policy

Returns Reason 1 – You’ve changed your mind, you no longer want the item you ordered:
If you no longer want the item you ordered, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in saleable condition. It must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you if we’ve approved or rejected your return and ask if you require a refund or an exchange for another item.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week. If an exchange is approved, your replacement item will be dispatched to you within a week. You will be responsible for paying the delivery cost for the replacement item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for example where an item is not in its original condition, or it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Reason 2 – The item you ordered has arrived damaged or not working:
If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will refund your return postage costs and ask if you require a refund or an exchange for another item.

If you require a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week. If an exchange is approved, your replacement item will be dispatched to you within a week. We will pay the delivery cost for the replacement item.

Reason 3 – The item you ordered from us has developed a fault within 12 months of receiving it:
EasyRead Time Teacher products have a 12 month guarantee. If your product develops a fault within 12 months of receiving it, please email us at sales@easyreadtimeteacher.com . We will advise on the steps you need to take. If we can’t help you rectify the fault, you should return it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will refund your return postage costs and send you a replacement item within a week. Where stocks allow, we will send you an identical replacement item. If your original item is no longer available, we will let you know and offer you a suitable alternative. We will pay the delivery cost for the replacement item.

Late or missing refunds:
If we’ve agreed to send you a refund and you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
